All I can say is WOW!! Kim and I went to Kanye West's Glow in the Dark Tour this past Friday in Houston and it is without doubt the best concert that I've been to in a long time!!  The tour features Lupe Fiasco, N.E.R.D., Rihanna and of course Kanye West.  Lupe got the crowd warmed up then N.E.R.D. came out and tore it down.   I LOVE U PHARRELL!!!  There was a surprise appearance from Chris Brown during N.E.R.D.'s performance.  Ive could have done without Rihanna's performance just because she really didn't match up with the rest of the group.  I was disappointed that she didn't sing "Shut Up and Drive" but I still got love for ya RiRi.  Kanye West then took the stage for almost 2 hours and rocked the pavillion without backup singers or dancers.  It was hella crazy, I don't know where he found the energy in the hot and sticky Houston climate to keep it up but his performance was freaking AMAZING! He kept the entire audience on their feet for his entire performance.  No one left the concert early, Kanye gave us our money's worth.  If you get the chance to get tickets get them, you won't regret it.

What was up with all of the haters at this year's Grammys?

First Up: Aretha Franklin

You are the Queen of Soul Aretha but you are also a big baby!! How are you going to pick a fight with Beyonce for giving much deserved R-E-S-P-E-C-T to Tina Turner?!?!  Don't hate because Tina has kept herself up and can still keep up on stage with the young girls.  Jealousy is such an ugly emotion.

Secondly: Natalie Cole

Natalie, Natalie, Natalie...where do I begin?  You are a reformed crackhead!!!  Have you forgotten about those not so glamerous times in your life?  So please explain to me where you get off hating on Amy Winehouse for winning?  She has her issues and is gettng help.  The Grammys are about acheivements in music, not life style choices...get over it!

Ladies & Gentlemen, it's official, I got tickets to the Glow in the Dark tour.  I cannot wait for May 2nd here!!
